Nothing beats formal physical training classes, group exercise and personal trainers. But, if your schedule doesn't allow you to attend a class, or if you are traveling, our downloadable mp3 files are the next best thing. Just select a workout from the list below and download it to your computer or mp3 player. There's no cost for this service, and remember to check back as we'll be adding other types of downloadable exercise files! Click on the type of exercise download you prefer:

Stationary Bike Exercise Downloads - Stationary bikes are available at almost all fitness centers and quite a few home exercise rooms! Working out on a stationary bike burns calories and also helps improve both strength and endurance.

Beginning Ride One
Beginning Indoor Bike Ride One - This ride has great background and basic instruction if structured bicycle workouts are new to you.

Beginning Ride Two
Beginning Indoor Bike Ride Two - Alternating hills and valleys are the theme of this ride.
